Request account and data deletion
Send an email to info@kineto-soft.com from the address used for your ArenaBell Google sign-in. Include your account email and, if you know it, the display name shown in ArenaBell. This helps us locate and verify the correct account.
Do not include your password, Google password or Google sign-in token. We may ask a reasonable follow-up confirmation from the registered email address to verify that you control the account before processing the request.
What is associated with your account
- Your ArenaBell account record, including the Google sign-in identifier, display name and email address when available.
- Refresh sessions used to keep you signed in.
- Your Favorites, follows, automatic reminder rules, Reminder preferences and event-specific suppressions.
- A random installation identifier, device push token and notification-delivery records if notifications were enabled.
Deleting your ArenaBell identity does not delete your Google account.
What happens next
Your email initiates a verified support request. Our team verifies the request to prevent unauthorized account erasure, executes the permanent deletion on the database, and sends a completion confirmation to your email. Verified web requests are processed within 7 business days.
Data that may remain
When account deletion is processed, your account identity, display name, email, auth sessions, favorites, follows, reminder preferences, device push tokens, and notification records are permanently deleted from live production databases. System server access logs (IP addresses) and encrypted rolling database backups are purged and overwritten on standard 30-day retention cycles. Canonical public sports schedules and statistics are not affected.
From the ArenaBell app
Open Account → Delete account. While signed in, select Delete account, review the warning and confirm. The in-app action permanently and immediately removes the live ArenaBell account and linked private data. If you cannot sign in or have uninstalled the app, use the email request above.
