1. Acceptance
These terms apply when you use ArenaBell. The service is provided by Kineto Soft (Ugur Akcelik), based in Turin, Italy, VAT identification number IT12938420010. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use account features.
2. The ArenaBell service
ArenaBell helps you discover scheduled sports events, save favorites, view them together in a calendar, and save preferred reminder lead times. Football and UFC / MMA are the sports currently represented in the app. Available events and details depend on the data synchronized for each competition.
Features may evolve as the service is developed. On compatible Android devices, you can opt in to receive device notifications for event reminders.
3. Accounts
Google Sign-In is used to create or access an ArenaBell account. Keep access to the Google account you use to sign in. ArenaBell does not ask you to share your Google password. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for letting us know if you believe it is being used without permission.
4. Sports information
Event schedules and details come from third-party data sources and may be changed, delayed, incomplete or unavailable. ArenaBell does not guarantee that every event, start time, card, bout or statistic is present or current. Confirm important event details with the organizer or broadcaster. Do not rely on ArenaBell for emergency or safety-critical decisions.
5. Reminder preferences and notifications
You can choose preferred reminder lead times for eligible scheduled sports events. When you grant notification permission on Android, ArenaBell schedules and dispatches reminder notifications to your device. Timely delivery depends on schedule accuracy from third-party sports providers, your device notification and battery optimization settings, operating-system behavior, and network availability. ArenaBell does not guarantee that every notification will be delivered error-free or on time.
6. Third-party services and data
Google provides identity services for sign-in. Sports information can be synchronized through API-Sports and football-data.org. Their services and source data are subject to their own terms, availability and rights. ArenaBell is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google, any league, organizer, team or fighter. Names and marks remain with their respective owners.
Where football-data.org data is used, ArenaBell displays the required attribution in the public site footer.
7. Acceptable use
Use ArenaBell lawfully and do not try to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, misuse another person's account or overload the service. Do not copy or republish sports information or third-party marks unless you have the necessary rights.
8. ArenaBell materials
ArenaBell's software and original branding belong to their respective rights holders. These terms do not give you ownership of ArenaBell materials or third-party sports data, team marks, event names or fighter identities.
9. Availability
We work to keep ArenaBell useful and available, but the service and its data may be interrupted or changed. We may suspend or discontinue a feature to maintain or improve the service, respond to a provider change, or address security or legal requirements.
10. Account closure and deletion
You can sign out at any time in the app. While signed in, you can permanently delete your ArenaBell account and associated private data directly under Account → Delete account; this action is automated and takes effect immediately. If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, you can submit a verified deletion request via our web page at Delete your account or by emailing info@kineto-soft.com. 11. Disclaimers and liability
ArenaBell is provided as a sports-information and organization tool. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that sports data or reminder preferences will be error-free or continuously available. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as ArenaBell changes. The date above will be updated when a new version takes effect. If a change materially affects your use of the service, we will provide notice where required by law.
13. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. This does not limit mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
